From Airport Terminal 3, you can access the trains on Level S. Tickets are from outside machines or directly from a ticket attendant and the train arrives at the airport approximately every 20 minutes. Important to note that the train does not run after sundown on Fridays or at all on Saturdays due to Shabbat.
